I first had the pleasure of working with adorable Charlee for her newborn session and she was just an absolute doll! Seriously, so sweet and incredibly sleepy. I loved working with her and her parents were just amazing. So imagine my delight when Charlee’s mom contacted me a few weeks after their session to let me know Charlee had a brand new baby cousin that would also like a newborn session. The one request she had was that we get a few shots together of Charlee and her new cousin, Dax. I was thrilled. I have worked with many newborn twins but never cousins so close in age. When they came back for Dax’s session, Charlee was a few weeks older but she still slept like a champ and let me pose them together just like twins. It was so fun! And let me tell you about precious Dax. Oh that boy was adorable and just as sleepy as his cousin. His parents were equally as amazing and I enjoyed my time with this whole family. It is so neat to have family members so close together and cousins that will grow up so close in age. I selected several favorites from both of their newborn sessions as well as them together. It seems only fitting that they share a blog post! Such sweet cousins. Enjoy!
