Loved having this family back in the studio for some baby and child photography! I did big brother’s newborn pictures when he was just a tiny little bundle himself, and it was so fun to see him again. He’s not the baby of the family anymore!
Baby and Child Photography — Newborn and Sibling
Doing a newborn session with an older brother or sister is always fun. It’s great to see the very beginning of that sibling relationship and to capture it in gorgeous digital images. It adds another element of challenge to the session too, but it’s one I’m always up for! Safety is always first, so I often take separate shots of baby and older sibling against the same background, then put them together to create a single, composite image. If your new little one is not your only little one, feel free to reach out and ask about options for including all of your children in your newborn photography session.
Baby Sister
This baby girl was such a cutie. We incorporated several colors into her photos: pink, purple, gray, and green. Although a traditional pink setup is always fun for girls, it’s also great to mix things up a little. This session is proof that you can play around with color and still have a very feminine feel to your daughter’s baby pictures. We loved trying different headbands on her!
