What a special experience to do this rainbow baby photo session earlier this month. I photographed big sister as a newborn, so it was wonderful to welcome this family to my Fort Worth Photography studio again. They came just a few days before Christmas. Best present ever! Although this holiday season has been different, I hope you’ve all found bright spots. This sweetheart was definitely a bright spot for me! Enjoy the photos!
This little girl was such a cutie! And she was so good for me, too. Slept great, and loved being swaddled. Big sister did a wonderful job as well, and is clearly in love with her new baby sister. Can you blame her? They were adorable together and I loved being able to capture that new relationship.
Rainbow Baby
Since this little sweetheart is a rainbow baby I offered mom and dad some ideas for incorporating rainbows into her session. This is a beautiful way to honor a lost child while still celebrating a new life. They chose a couple of sweet rainbow props and backdrops.
We did mostly full portraits for this baby girl’s session, but I also had fun doing a few closeups and capturing the details. Look at those perfect little toes. I love the way our pictures turned out!
